From the heart, I offer you an assurance from my experience and proven leadership perspective since the early days of our Club... We are at such a wonderful time in our DHS Club business, and those who have been attending the weekly online meetings with Dick Burke in recent months have seen just how exciting it is that we have arrived at this point to truly be moving from good to GREAT in 2008.

All the essential training necessary for ANYONE to succeed is available, if they will only apply it. For those who come to understand the truth that they can be well paid professionals in our business, we have online the finest of tools and Information Technology advantages anyone could want in a home-based business. We are now truly where we have wanted to be since I began with our business in 1998.

We are limited sometimes in all we can communcate with all the "day-to-day" going on and all the information there is to convey to people, but I want you to be aware of a personal idea that lives in my heart because of my experience to date in working with Dick Burke, the DHS Club staff and all the leaders in our organization who truly "get it" about where we are and where we are going. That idea is this:

I love communicating with others in electronic media (including email) , and both the most fascinating and challenging aspect of learning to communicate effectively is that I must constantly be aware that the person I am communicating with always has the choice to believe or not believe what I have to say.

If that person chooses to believe me, I know with all my heart that I can help that person prosper through the benefit of my own experience. And the coolest thing is that there are always have been and always will be those who choose to believe me. Persisting to find them is essential, but for me, they have always arrived.

There have been and still are also many who do not believe me along the way, for whatever reason (in most cases, it is because their life experiences have led them to such a negative viewpoint that they don't believe there can be good things at their fingertips all the time), but because they make that choice not to believe what the truth of my experience really is, it does me no harm. What matters is that I know and understand completely that those who DO choose to believe me open themselves up to the benefit of my experience. As I am well aware that my end of the responsibility in attempting to begin such a relationship is based on my credibility, I have done the work in advance, diligently, consistently and persistently to make sure that what I offer as truth is indeed truth.

All the rest follows as it should. Those who accept what I say most always accept my counsel in following through with the steps toward their own success, both personally and however that success relates to our endeavors together. But always remember that in the beginning, it is always up to that individual to believe me or not. I trust that the powers will be will show them I am sincere. All I can do is tell them the truth as I have experienced it. And tell them over and over again -- always diligently, persistently and consistently. That is the essence of our TEMPORARY job. Never lose sight of the fact that the BIG goal is to get to a place where THE WORK IS DONE. Some of those we try to show how good what we have to offer really is (and how it is heads above everything else) will get the picture through your own expression of belief and enthusiasm. For others, just accept that the only way to show them that such a place exists is to get there yourself. ARRIVING THERE AND ENJOYING THE FRUIT OF OUR EFFORTS IS THE RESULT OF DOING THAT TEMPORARY JOB -- in that way: diligently, consistently and persistently, according to our great eBusiness Institute training. It is a wonderful thing that acceptance of responsibility is built into that training. Like all things, when it comes to accepting responsibility, some will, some won't, so what? Always proveed with confidence that enough WILL accept that responsibility for you to be successful if YOU accept it.

The truth is that you don't have to go on sponsoring new VIPs forever. Finding less than a dozen good, dependable people who mean what they say and who are willing to develop a working, trusting relationship with you, each as a VIP responsible for their own success, can lead to a lifetime of residual income and the kind of success we all seek.

What's more, anyone (and I mean ANYONE) can follow the DHS Club's ClubAdvantage Business Building System and live their dreams with the great financial vehicle we have in our hands. It is proven. There is no doubt because many are doing it, and what one can do another can duplicate. The methods are there in detail in the training for all to use toward success IF they accept their role responsibility. Anything short of complete success when applying these methods without compromise can only be attributed to excuses used by those without vision, willingness, and commitment (or any part of those 3 elements). The only valid reason for lack of success would be circumstances that keep a person from applying these methods consistently and persistently such as illness or family concerns, and hopefully, even those cases would only be a temporary interruption. It is my firm belief that successful people do not make excuses or rationalize. Our quest as successful VIPs is to find those who share or want to acquire the success traits that most leaders have in common. Be assured that I have seen it many times with my own eyes that they are many looking for the opportunity to which we now apply our vision, willingness and commitment. It is exceptional for all of us that one of the greater leaders ever in our kind of business is at the helm of OUR business, and Dick Burke makes it an ongoing part of his business to TEACH leadership online in person at least once a week with the membership. For those who can't attend live, some of the best kind of training for our kind of business is recorded and posted for those who take the initiative to hear, if they choose. real time enthusiasm about where we are and what is happening NOW, attended by those actually taking part in success and sharing their ideas in that forum for those who will use them. We have exceptional advantages for business building above and beyond that which is required of the company. We have leadership IN MOTION and available to all.

I count my blessings every day to have such an opportunity, and for being capable of developing the faith to have followed through with it to where those people -- the ones who are indeed visionary enough, willing enough and committed enough to develop that working, trusting realtionship, each as a VIP responsible for his or her own success -- are already in my business with me and have been for some time.

Those people know that all they have to do is do what I have done with STRONG BELIEF, and because of our relationship, they already have the map in hand. And each of them know in their hearts, as I do, that our journey together is part of the treasure we collectively seek. Some of us knew it all along, some of us had to learn it together, some are just grasping it, but we all now understand that there are those byproducts of our business that money can't buy. A relationship based on the values required for success in our business together is a remarkable, valuable thing all by itself. Because of that understanding we have developed by giving our best for each others' success, the blessings that follow, too, become both exponential AND residual.
